Yoshinoya is expanding its presence in Compton with plans to open a second restaurant, bringing additional dining options and economic activity to the community.

The new location is located at 1821 N. Long Beach Blvd., marking the brand’s continued investment in the city and its residents.

Community members were invited to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening on Friday, February 20, 2026. The event will offered residents an opportunity to welcome the restaurant to the neighborhood as they took part in the official launch.

City officials and representatives from Yoshinoya were also at the ceremony, highlighting the business' commitment to serving the Compton community and contributing to local growth.

The new restaurant is anticipated to provide additional jobs and convenient dining options for residents, further strengthening the city’s commercial corridor along Long Beach Boulevard.
