The City is preparing a Transit Oriented Development Specific Plan to transform the Compton Transit Station area into a vibrant mixed-use village with access to enhanced public spaces.

Next Steps

The Arroyo Group has prepared a draft Existing Conditions Report for the project area and is under review by the City. We have begun the Community Involvement phase of the project and have been reaching out to the community for feedback on the goals of the specific plan and to invite citizen participation in the planning process.
