HOME-ARP Allocation
The City has an allocation of $1,988,847 in HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funding from HUD. These funds must be used to assist individuals or households who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable populations, by providing housing, rental assistance, supportive services, and non-congregate shelter, to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability in the City of Compton. Below is the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan proposing how the $1,988,847 HOME-ARP funds will be used.
